Design Master Spray - Home Décor Stain Woodsmoke, Clear Finish Matte – unglazed ceramic vase, lamp kit from hardware store, wicker lampshade, removable round stickers, paper towel, latex glove

TECHNIQUE

1. Adhere sticker in a desired pattern on lamp.
2. Apply a mist of Woodsmoke to lamp, spraying approx. 12" from the surface. Let dry. If desired, apply additional coats of stain to deepen the color.
3. Apply a topcoat of Clear Finish Matte for extra durability and let dry.
4. On lampshade, heavily apply a coat of Woodsmoke ensuring color is applied into the weave.
5. Working one side of the shade at a time, apply another coat of Woodsmoke and immediately wipe away color on the raised areas of the weave. Let dry. As an option to this step, Woodsmoke can be sprayed into paper towel and rubbed over stained lampshade, removing the color.
6. Insert lamp kit into vase opening and attach lamp shade.
