TOOLS AND MATERIALS
Design Master Sprays - COLORTOOL Spray Basil, Olive Bright – tall narrow basket, liner, fresh floral foam, green preserved oak leaves, curly willow branches, fresh flowers (hydrangea, carnations, cocks comb, godetia), knife, wired wood picks
TECHNIQUE
- Apply 2 light coats of Basil to basket, spraying approx. 12” from surface. Let dry.
- Mist Olive Bright over base coated basket, spraying approx. 15” from surface. This light coat of color will blend with the Basil coat to create a vibrant green.
- Soak floral foam and cut to fit basket liner.
- Wire small clusters of leaves together with picks. Arrange as a collar around basket opening.
- Insert curly willow in basket ends and intertwined the tips. Arrange blossoms in mounded fashion as shown.
