Festive Touch

A holiday project for Living or Giving. Use decorated boxes to display favored holiday items or to present fabulous gifts. A standard wreath becomes a snowy accent with a unique product.

TOOLS AND MATERIALS

Design Master Sprays - COLORTOOL Sprays HOLIDAY RED, OLIVE BRIGHT ColorTEX Spray PEPPERMINT, FLURRY - paper mache box, white gift box, artificial wreath, various sized red glass ornaments/millimeter balls, hot glue/gun, ribbons

TECHNIQUE

red box

1. Spray Holiday Red in two light coats to top and bottom of mache box. Let dry.
2. Spray Peppermint to base of mache box. Let dry. ColorTEX is water based and will take longer to dry than Colortool Spray colors.
3. Embellish with ribbon.

green box

1. Spray 2 light coats of Olive Bright on white paperboard gift box. Let dry.
2. Embellish with ribbon.

wreath

1. Fluff wreath to shape.
2. Spray Flurry to top and sides of wreath. Apply in two fairly heavy coats. Let dry thoroughly for approximately 8 hours or overnight.
3. Glue red glass ornaments into boughs of wreath.
